Gentlemen;

How about having your software do the following

Screen Capture an AOI of a video to TIF as fast as possible or as fast as your computer is able to do, say 10 frames per second to TIF on a disc, color and grayscale.

If that is possible, do let me know as I have use of such software in our work.
